Caramel Apple Tart

Our love for caramel shows for the newest kid on the block.
Sweet pastry, almond cream, a layer of buttery caramel, topped with stewed apples in an intense caramel, finished off with a caramel mousse and a cinnamon crumble.
We made this as a winter special, but looks like it’s here to stay.
