Pick-Up & Delivery


1.Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our locations in Delhi ( Shahpur Jat) & Gurgaon ( DLF Phase 4)

2.Can I get the order delivered at a specific time?
You can select the time slot that suits you, but we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. Your order will be delivered at the earliest possible in the chosen time slot.

3.How are the products delivered?
The products are delivered by our riders / third party agents (in areas that fall outside our delivery radius)

4.What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges vary and are estimated on the basis of distance and time from our kitchens. You can check the same at the checkout page.

5.Will the rider call ahead of the delivery to let me know when I can expect the order?
The rider will call you if he has any difficulty in finding the location, so please ensure you mention the correct contact number.

6.Will the delivery be reattempted if there is no one available at the address?
We will reattempt delivery in this case, after having a word with you but cannot guarantee a specific time frame for the same. We will accommodate your requested time and you will have to pay the delivery charges.

7.Can I modify the delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can modify the delivery address. However, you need to inform us 24 hours before the expected delivery date. You will be informed if any extra delivery charges need to be paid.

Ordering


1.What sizes are your cakes available in?
Most of our cakes are available in 2 sizes – Half & 1kg. you can check all details regarding weight and size on the specific product page.

2.Can I get any cake / product to be made eggless?
There is a specific tab which features the eggless cakes. All other cakes and products cannot be made eggless.

3.Can I order over the phone?
You can order over the phone by sending a Whatsapp on 9899709979. However, its preferable you order online (you will most likely get a discount)

4.How do I place the order online?
•Enter your location details on the home page.
•Visit the SHOP section and add the products you are interested in buying to the cart.
•You can add a Happy Birthday / Anniversary Cake Topper to go with your cake on the cake page itself.
•If you have any coupon code you can use it at checkout.
•Ensure that you have entered the correct contact number, address, preferred date and time of delivery.
•If this is a gift, please add the recipient’s details as well at checkout. We will not send the bill along with the order in that case.
•On completing the payment, you will get an email with your order confirmation details.
•If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.

Account Creation


Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. However, we highly recommend you create an account for 2 reasons: -Ease of repeat ordering – your address and other details will be saved. -Automatically get enrolled in our Loyalty Program and keep track of the points earned on every purchase.

Message


1.You can enter the message you would like to go with your cake on the checkout page.

2.If you want the message to go on a compliment card instead of the cake then do mention it there.

Payment


1.What are the payment options available?
Payment modes available – Credit Cards, Online Banking, Payment Wallets & UPI.

2.Is Cash on Delivery available?
At the moment we aren’t accepting cash payments.

3.In the case of refund where will the amount be credited?
Depending on the circumstances a decision will be made on how the amount could be refunded.

Storage


1.All products will have to be kept under refrigeration barring few dry products like- cookies, biscottis, etc.

2.Please note, the desserts and cakes taste best once they come to room temperature.

Return policy


1.Our products are finished to order and we cannot process a return unless there is something wrong with the product.

2.Please check the item upon arrival and inform the delivery executive/ contact number listed on website if there is any issue with the order.

3.As the products are perishable, we cannot take responsibility for anything reported post delivery.

4.For all returns, the products will have to be returned in full for us to replace the same.

Cancellation policy


1. Orders placed on the website cannot be cancelled.

2.If you need to make a date change / address change, it needs to be communicated 24 hours before delivery.
